This bounded case archive preserves the complete panoramic image and the red-and-white ceramic-panel description published for a facade renovation at Quanzhou Hotel.
The original September 2019 article did not provide a completion certificate, project team, product model, panel dimensions, facade area, quantity or LOPO contract scope. Those gaps remain visible instead of being filled from marketing language or the photograph.
What the surviving panorama records
The single original is a wide composite view of the hotel elevation. It shows a strong red-and-light palette, repeated window bays and a lower entrance zone. The page keeps that image at its natural 650 × 217 proportion and links directly to the complete original so neither side of the panorama is cropped.
Colour fields
Red opaque zones and lighter vertical/horizontal bands organize the elevation. Current matching requires physical samples, batch ranges and surveyed existing panels.
Window interfaces
Repeated openings create many perimeter, sill and head conditions. Flashings, seals, drainage and movement cannot be reconstructed from the panorama.
Entrance and lower levels
The lower facade changes scale around the entrance. Impact exposure, access, replacement and adjacent finishes require project-specific review.
Historic urban context
The old article linked the red-and-light composition to Quanzhou’s Minnan streetscape. That remains an appearance narrative, not evidence of material performance.

No facade performance is inferred from appearance
The former copy attributed thermal insulation, moisture control, noise reduction, vibration and corrosion resistance, rain self-cleaning, lasting colour and environmentally benign firing to ceramic panels in general. It supplied no identified product, test report, standard, declared value, complete wall assembly or project result. Those claims are not carried forward.
A photograph also cannot prove structural, wind, impact, fire, water, drainage, thermal, acoustic, freeze-thaw, corrosion, stain, cleaning, colourfastness, durability or environmental performance. Applicable requirements must be established for the exact product and complete proposed assembly under the actual building, exposure and jurisdiction.

- complete load path or bonding route, supports, anchors, movement, drainage, waterproofing and fire interfaces;

- project-specific calculations, tests, standards, authority requirements, mock-up and acceptance records; and
- cleaning method, inspection intervals, spare stock, replacement access and closeout documentation.
