The historic article places the project in Changsha’s Jinxia Development Zone, north of the Liuyang River and east of the Xiangjiang River. A dated Changsha property listing names the Chinese project 江湾纯水岸, identifies Plot 24 in the Jinxia New Area and attributes the development to 长沙金霞开发建设有限公司. No official English company name was found, so the Chinese legal name is retained rather than translated into a corporate endorsement.

The supplier article and property listing both record a 46,896 m² site and 239,165 m² total construction area. They describe a wider mixed-use plan with high-rise residential buildings and commercial, office and hotel components. Those numbers concern the whole development; they are not terracotta-cladding area, panel quantity or the area of any single building in the three photographs.

Pale opaque zones alternate with blue-grey glazing, making the panel rhythm legible at street and tower scales. Exact materials must be confirmed from current drawings and samples.

Rounded tower corners

Curved balcony or edge bands soften the tower profiles. The 450 × 900 mm record does not explain curved geometry, special pieces, subframe layout or corner tolerances.

Repeated horizontal lines

Continuous bands organize the tall elevations. Photographs cannot establish joint centres, floor-to-floor dimensions, movement strategy or panel orientation.
