This page began as a LOPO corporate introduction published on 1 March 2023. It is useful as a dated record of how the company described its products, service and sustainability ambitions, but it is not a current legal-entity record, factory audit, capacity reservation, certificate register or environmental declaration.
For a live project, use the archive to frame questions. Confirm the contracting and manufacturing entities, production site, exact product and process, available capacity, responsibility matrix, current certificates, project references and environmental evidence in documents issued for the proposed order.

Read each corporate statement within its date and scope
The current website retains useful first-party information, but its pages have different update dates and purposes. The table separates what the 2023 article said, what the most recent public pages support as of 7 August 2026, and what still needs a project document.
| Field | 2023 archive statement | Current first-party boundary | What to obtain |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name and entity | Uses “LOPO Terracotta Corporation Limited.” | Current public records use more than one English company name; the website is not a corporate registry. | Business licence, registered name/address, trading-name relationship, manufacturer, seller, invoice/payee and authorised signatory. |
| Beginning date | Says the company was founded in 2002. | The current About/History pages use 2002 for the start of LOPO’s clay-product manufacturing history in Fujian. That does not establish the incorporation date of every current entity. | Use the timeline for brand/manufacturing history; use registry documents for legal formation and ownership. |
| Product families | Lists terracotta panels, louvers/baguettes, tiles and bricks in varied appearances. | Current navigation and catalogues retain these broad families, but a family name does not prove that every old shape, size, colour or finish remains producible. | Current catalogue revision, item/profile code, drawings, work sizes, tolerances, finish range, plant, quantity and production-feasibility approval. |
| Manufacturing | Calls the processes innovative, high quality and eco-conscious without identifying a line or record. | The Facilities page updated on 6 August 2026 describes raw-material preparation, forming, controlled drying and roller-kiln firing, cutting/grinding, inspection, sorting and packing. | Exact product-to-plant/process map, controlled route, inspection plan, traceability, change control and representative production records. |
| Plants and capacity | No number in this post, but related old company pages published plant, area, workforce, storage and annual-output figures. | The revised About/Facilities pages no longer present those old figures as the current position and direct projects to confirm capacity and lead time after scope is defined. | Dated site list, line/equipment schedule, rated and available product-specific capacity, commitments, maintenance, tooling, yield and delivery programme. |
| Service and role | Offers guidance from design to installation and customisation. | Public enquiry and service pages show support intent, not a signed division of design, engineering, supply, installation, inspection or warranty responsibility. | Proposal and responsibility matrix naming deliverables, exclusions, interfaces, review authority, professional design duties, site support and warranty. |
| Markets and projects | Describes worldwide use and trust, without named contracts or roles. | Older Partners pages and the project gallery are supplier-published references; a logo or photograph does not prove a current relationship or full project scope. | Permitted references naming client/project, location, date, product, quantity, contract role, delivery scope and a contactable reference where appropriate. |
| Certificates | Uses quality language but cites no certificate or report. | The 2026 Certificates page labels the displayed ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and CE/EN 14411:2012 material as archived/reference information and requests current scope and validity checks. | Current issuer-verified certificate, holder/site, standard and edition, scope, issue/expiry status, applicable product/market and declaration or report number. |
| Sustainability | Claims natural materials, eco-friendly production, durability, easy maintenance and low carbon footprint. | No current public EPD, LCA, carbon/energy figure, recycled-content declaration or product-specific environmental result was found. Fired clay is a material identity, not proof of environmental preference. | Project-required EPD/LCA or other declaration identifying product, factory, data period, declared unit, modules/boundary, method, verifier and comparison rules. |
Keep company capability separate from project approval
A corporate profile can show where to begin an enquiry. It cannot approve an exact unit, reserve a production slot, certify a complete facade assembly or allocate professional responsibility. Close these six boundaries before treating company-level statements as procurement evidence.
Legal and commercial identity
Make the licence holder, manufacturer, seller, exporter, invoice issuer, bank beneficiary and warranty provider explicit. Check that names and addresses match the quotation and contract.
Manufacturing identity
Name the site and line for forming, drying, firing, cutting, finishing, inspection and packing. Identify any outsourced operation and who controls its records.
Product identity
Freeze the code, body/profile, dimensions, tolerances, colour/surface range, edges/specials, intended use, support/fixing route and controlled drawing revision.
Evidence identity
Match every certificate, test, declaration and calculation to its holder, factory, product, specimen/build-up, standard edition, date, validity and proposed construction.
Project role
Separate manufacture and supply from facade engineering, substructure, anchors, installation, temporary works, testing, inspection, maintenance and statutory approval.
Programme and change
Confirm available capacity, tooling and samples, approvals, production lots, inspection release, packing/shipping, substitutions, nonconformances, spares and later matching orders.
For a dated account of LOPO’s own manufacturing milestones and conflicting historical figures, use the LOPO manufacturing history guide. For a full tender workflow, use the facade supplier prequalification checklist. This page stays focused on reading and verifying corporate-profile claims.
Build a dated corporate and capability pack
Resolve the names
Ask LOPO to map the brand, website publisher, manufacturer, contracting/export entity and warranty provider, supported by current registration and authorisation documents.
Define the proposed supply
State project country, product/profile, finish, dimensions, quantity, system interfaces, programme, packing and required documents before asking about capacity or compliance.
Verify the site and process
Obtain a dated plant profile and product-to-process route. Audit remotely or in person as project risk requires; record equipment, controls, laboratory status and outsourced work.
Close certificates and tests
Replace website archive files with current issuer-checkable documents applicable to the exact holder, site, product, market and use. Record gaps and project-specific tests.
Approve samples and records
Use labelled representative ranges, prototypes or mock-ups as appropriate. Tie them to drawings, inspection criteria, batch traceability, substitutions and nonconformance controls.
Contract the final scope
Attach the accepted entity, capability, product, evidence, QA, delivery, responsibility, environmental and warranty schedules to the order; control later changes in writing.
- legal manufacturer and seller/exporter, registered and production addresses, licences and authorised contacts;
- exact product, factory, manufacturing route, drawings, samples/range, quantity and intended system/use;
- product-specific available capacity, production/inspection/shipping programme and commercial validity;
- quality plan, certificate/test/declaration register, traceability, nonconformance and change control;
- project references with dated product, quantity and LOPO contract role rather than logos alone;
- design, engineering, installation, inspection, warranty, maintenance and replacement responsibilities; and
- environmental information with a named method and boundary—never inferred from “natural clay,” archive certificates or marketing adjectives.
- About LOPO for the current public manufacturer name and product-family overview;
- Company History for dated LOPO-reported manufacturing milestones;
- Facilities for the current high-level process route and project-confirmation boundary;
- Certificates & Compliance for the archive/current-scope warning;
- Catalogues & Downloads for 2025 product catalogues and clearly marked reference/legacy files; and
- Contact to request the entity, capability and technical documents applicable to a live project.
No old factory count, site area, workforce, storage, line length/count, annual capacity, turnover, export share, partnership, ranking, certification-validity or environmental-performance figure is presented here as a current fact or commitment.
Request a current company and project evidence pack
Send the project country, product family, drawings, sizes and finishes, estimated quantity, system interfaces, programme, tests, certification and environmental-document requirements. Ask for one dated response that reconciles the entity, factory, product, capability, responsibility and evidence records.
