A Shaanxi government service directory places the Jinseyuecheng community on Zaoyuan West Road in Lianhu District, Xi’an. Historical property records for the same project name repeat an area of about 344 mu and total construction area of about one million square metres. This exact match indicates that “Xiang’an” and “344 acres” in the English article are likely translation or transcription errors.
Because the original project documents were not available, this page does not silently convert 344 mu into another unit or choose a definitive site area. The one-million-square-metre figure remains an approximate historical total for the whole development—not the area of the photographed brickwork.

The original post also includes a separate commercial anecdote: an Australian visitor in October requested custom colours and sizes, and the LOPO technical team reportedly spent about ten days trialling two thicknesses. The text does not connect that sample exercise to Vanke Jinseyuecheng, so neither “two thicknesses” nor “ten days” is presented as a project specification or programme.
