Anglicare currently operates the existing Woolooware Shores Retirement Village on the adjacent site to the west, and has purchased the new site to provide additional seniors residential and care facilities to meet market demand.
The overall development, constructed in 3 stages, will provide a total of 183 self-contained dwellings and 48 residential aged care beds across six new buildings which will reinvigorate the underutilized site, offering a diverse range of new community uses and taking maximum advantage of its waterside context. LOPO supplied 6000 meters of white terracotta baguettes for this aged care project,white facade cladding is simple and fresh, making the whole community look vibrant.
